Cabinets full of paper reports are difficult to search.  CHT Australia (a chemical company) sought to replace their paper-based reporting process such that the captured data could actually be used in a timely manner.

We created a custom, online tool to handle non-conformance reporting for CHT Australia.

The system was developed to capture incidents and opportunities, assess their value or cost, assign responsibility, track accountability, provide resolution to the incident, prioritise opportunities and, provide overall direction to the business.

From project design & scope (UI + UX) to production management and delivery, I was the bridge between the client and programmers, translating and communicating requirements and managing expectations.e

The NCR system is a tool that satisfies the requirements of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction of the ISO 9001 quality system.

The completion rate for handling incidents is now more efficient and is the measure of increased responsiveness and accountability which are critical to business dynamics.

The NCR system has been in service flawlessly since 2010 and has had multiple updates.
